MDCC Emergency Response Training Team completes a 4-hour training for the Fire & Rescue Recruits on how to work with Deaf Citizens on July 24, 2023. The Recruits have completed their orientation to working with deaf citizens and are more comfortable in their future encounters in Frederick County where its highly populated with Deaf citizens, a county that also houses both the Maryland School for the Deaf and the future Maryland Deaf Community Center.
